Story Q&A - July 22, 2010

Hello, I apologize for the lack of updates recently. My fiancee and I have been caught up in other things, as well as catching up on some games we've been neglecting. So I apologize for any lack of updates, they are temporary and I have not given up on making walkthroughs or stories. I decided it's about time for another Q&A though, this time on my uploaded stories. Enjoy!

A BEARY JERRY SUPERHERO STORY

Q: How did you come up with the idea for this story?

A: It actually started as an inside joke between me and my fiancee. She jokingly told me she was going to set up a "Jerbear Signal" to lead me to her and as the joke continued, I got the idea for the story.

Q: When is chapter two coming out?

A: I'm not sure, I wrote it as an impulse and only had a basic idea for chapter two so I have to figure out where I want to take the series. I also kind of lost interest in the story.

Q: Does this mean no chapter two?

A: Not necessarily. It simply means that chapter two will be done whenever I get around to it.

AN ADVENTURE OF MODERN DAY

Q: What was this poem about?

A: It was about a wild night back in 2008 which, although I had already met her, was my second outing with my fiancee and really let me get to know her amidst the chaos surrounding us. We went out with some mutual friends, who decided to get drunk and invite some rather unsavvy people over.

ANTICIPATION

Q: What was this poem about?

A: I had ordered a package off of the internet and was eargly awaiting it, though the expected shipping date was until a month out. It made it hard. Plus the fact that there was no tracking number made it even harder.

Q: Did it ever come?

A: No, it was lost in the mail unfortunately.

BLACK HOLES

Q: What was this poem about?

A: It's about how video games and television shows can "suck" you into them, entrancing you and making you forget about your surroundings, as if being sucked through the "black hole" of your TV. I got the idea after playing through Forza and becoming so entranced by it's realistic scenery that I actually believed the in-game weather was what it was like outside, yet it was not.

DREAM GIRL

Q: What was this poem about?

A: It was about a dream I had one night where I asked a girl out and though it was a dream, I felt pretty happy.

Q: Who was the girl?

A: I don't remember. I do remember that I had no feelings for the girl before or after though.

Q: What was this "great truth" you mentioned at the end?

A: That I was incredibly lonely, which sunk me into depression. That was solved by the end of the year though thanks to my fiancee.

FREE TO FLY

Q: What was this poem about?

A: It's about a fantasy I was having about flying through the air when I was outside watching the midday sky float by.
